      The department has been providing patient care on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Surgeries are being performed in the major and minor theaters six days a week. Casualty services are being rendered on a twenty four hour basis with facility for conducting emergency surgeries. Critically ill patients are being monitored intensively in an eighteen bedded post-operative ward.
